		<description><![CDATA[I also think Blizzard prefers to avoid removing things unless there&#039;s an extraordinarily compelling reason to do so, especially with regards to an ability that&#039;s as iconic to a class as preparation has been over the years.

If they think the alternatives of making preparation baseline versus taking it out and shortening cooldowns across the board are roughly equal, then there&#039;s no reason to remove it and also no harm to leaving it in.

Especially with people complaining about the class becoming too simplified.]]></description>
